Entrance Requirements & Student Expectation
JNR accepts students from the age of 15 years who have completed Year 10 level of education (or its overseas equivalent). All students are expected to attend 90 per cent of the scheduled classes/tutorials. Students are expected to remain on campus unless permission has been given.

New aAdmission is through an internal
entrance test. The Academic year
begins in 1st week of September
every year. The entrance
examination papers are taken in
English, Urdu & Islamic Studies
(S.S.C. Level).
Policy Features
Students are taught to follow
the ideal character of Prophet
Muhammad (Sallallaho Alaihi Wa
Aalehi Wasallam).
Obedience of Shariah is
compulsory for all teachers,
students and other working
staff.
Students are taught to be
faithful to the Deen, country &
emphasis is given to the
character building of the
students.
Students are persuaded to offer
Tahajjud prayers and held
Majalis for " Ziker-o-Fiker" to
develop their spiritual values
under auspices of Tasuwwuf.
Students should, as much as practical, be in a state of Wudu during studies.
Students must follow the timetable of the Jaamyah and be punctual to classes.
Study after classes will be prescribed by the teacher. Students must fulfil this obligation in the environment of the Islamic Library.
Students must avoid taking part in any activity that would contradict the objective of JNR.
Students who are found to be a disruptive influence within the Jaamyah or are not seen to be making serious efforts in their studies may receive a formal warning from the Principal. After such a warning the student may be suspended at which point a special meeting may be held by three special members from the Board to determine whether the student should be expelled and require to leave at his own expense. The decision taken by this body is deemed to be final.
Examination & Promotion
At the end of each term, students will sit an exam for each subject studied that term. Examinations will consist of a combination of both verbal and written answers.
Promotion will be conditional on the student showing good performance in the term exams, student attendance (90 per cent) and passing the end-of-year exam. Any student who does not pass the end-of-year exam will be given a supplementary end-of-year exam (second chance).
Parents receive feedback on student performance every term and are encouraged to regularly contact the Jaamia to discuss the progress of their child with the teacher/s.
Dress Code
Males: White shalwar kameez or white juba
White hat
Females: Hijab (scarf covering the hair)Jilbab or plain, loose-fitting shalwar kameez
Teachers: Sunnah dress
Hifz - Ul Quraan
* Students should be primary Pass (Year 5)
* Open to MALE & FEMALE students from 10 years old
Admission for Hifz-U- Quran is open all year round.

Al Naqshband University has affiliation with Dar-Ul-Uloom Muhammadia Ghousia,
Bhera, Pakistan (University grant commission recognised Dar-Ul-Uloom,s degree
Equivalent to Master degree in Arabic / Islamic studies.
